    Got banned twice for I dont know and then I got (rep needs help) please help me


    I would like to know how to get out of this. I looked up videos and forums and I was told that it is a spiral down until you get banned and cant find any lobbies. I fell like the rep and ban system is broke my friend got gang banned and he did nothing and
    the bullies gust got away with it I mean come on. Microsoft says they want every one to be safe I don't call that being safe. I don't mean to wine or dis Microsoft I just want them to explain the ban and really get to know the situation so no false bans are
    laid down. Thank you

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you get suspended or not.You wont be suspended/banned just because your rep is in the red/avoid me.

    If you receive any enforcement action on your account an email is sent to the address telling you why & how long for.

    You can also check on the enforcement site

    Hi there,

    like mentioned by Fallen Saint you will need to take this question to the forums for suspensions etc, the support agents there are the only ones that will be able to give an answer to your question.

    A email would have been sent as well to the email attached to your gamertag with information about the suspension/ban
