    Got banned on xbox whilst i did absolutely nothing


    hi, i recently got a communication ban for something i dont know and have no clue what ive done. And then 2 days after i supposedly took part in harrasment on xbox. Whilst ive never even played with people i didnt know or messaged them.... i just want to
    get thing cleared up. Please help me

    I just got banned for communication even though i didn't say anything wrong

    I just got banned overnight while I was asleep and did absolutely nothing wrong.

    I've been banned from communications on February 2 for unwanted messages, I understand but I do still got banned on February 4 but it's the multiplayer now, and I want to know why! I did absolutely nothing for it! But I would like to know what I did to be
    banned on multiplayer, because since February 2nd I did nothing because I was banned from communications.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. You'll need to log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action as well as open a case review with the PET.

    Why is it that enforcement can ban you and you cant appeal it? (Or well you cant change their mind) i have appealed for several bans and always got the exact same responses. They dont even give examples. Ive been banned for harrasmaent out of nowhere whilst
    they dont even tell me what ive done

    Same here. Gamertag . Did nothing and got a week communications ban for absolutely nothing. Applied for a review and nothing happened today. 10 year Xbox live veteran about to switch to PlayStation unless somebody from Xbox answers some questions
