got banned now i cant talk to my friends

and i got banned for a misstate but every time i try talking to the support i just got the info; hi you are not allowed to ask about this!! i cant get any info on the ban!! and i cant even talk to a intelligent person about it!!!!

My son has xbox live but was recently reported by 'a friend' and banned from communication, which has now finished. Since this ban, he still cant talk to his friends through his mic. We thought it was his new wireless headset which he got for xmas, but
he cant even get his old headset to work.

I am wondering if its something to do with his original ban. Can anyone help with this?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums my advice is to buy or if you have a headset adapter because since the last update people have been having problems since the got new headset adapter everything worked fine

happening to me also is getting quite stupid. i got a communication ban from my friend playing on my account. i go to submit a review and it doesn't allow me to. and the people i talked to didn't know what to do they kept telling me to file one but cant

After Talking with Xbox support myself, they confirmed you cant get banned for gamesharing with friends and whatever. They also Said that if someone say you can get banned its a scam. So good luck with that My friend ^^
