hello, yesterday and today I got banned

Yesterday I got banned for Voice communication but I understand why I got that one. But then a day later I get a message from Xbox Live and I thought it was for the same thing cause it's happened before they send it twice. I was in a multiplayer game and
it kicks me out. When it kciked me out I said "For You're past behavior you can't play multiplayer games. When I saw that in went to the message and checked the enforcement. It then said Harrasment and Threats. I then start reading my messages and theres ONLY
1 thing which is a bad word. Ithen start remebering what i said and I didn't harass nor. THreat anyone Hope you can fix this issues thank you

banned .. So i got a message from xbox live saying i am being banned

So i submitted a case review sayingi'm not sure why i got banned for harrasment, threats and abuse, when i haven't done any of these. and it said decision upheld and i dont' know why because i believe i have done nothing wrong.

Xbox bans

So I recently got banned from communication for two weeks for calling someone an idiot for HARRASING ME when I did nothing wrong. I do understand a little for the ban as xbox live community should be a a safe and fun environment for everyone. Anyways, two
days later I get banned for harrasment and threats and can’t play multiplayer for two weeks. I think this is outrageous as all I’ve been doing is playing xbox and nothing else. It’s not like I can even “harass” or “threaten” anyone as I’m banned from communications.
This is outrageous as I’ve been playing xbox for many years now. I think the enforcement team should get their crap together and look further into people account and giving them aheads up, not banning them for no apparent reason. I hope to get unbanned from
online as i already talked with a representative (very amazing customer service). My gamertag is , feel free to reveiw my case and unban me @XBoX enforcement team.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and no one in the forums (or even phone support) can respond to enforcement actions.

If the suspension qualifies, you can submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US otherwise you have to wait out the suspension.

Method, when this fixed for you, did it fix after you got a 24 hour ban?

If it was for a communications ban it could have been any voice, chat, or xbox message sent recently that violated the terms of service and was reported by someone.

If the ban is for 24 hours your only option is to wait for it to expire.

If it's for over 24 hours you can submit a case review at enforcement.xbox.com then How Do I? Then Submit Case Review

With the "simple message", if it included profanity or threats, this would be the reason for the ban. If the ban is longer than 24 hours, you can submit a case review.
