Got banned for using the same phone number

Hello,

I was setting up another account for my younger sibling and used my phone number twice since they dont have a phone yet. While they were earning points it showed an error and said they were banned.

Does anyone think i will be unbanned or how i can get unbanned?

i don't think it has anything to do with the phone number my friend. %99 of the time enforcement action is taken for a reason. Its possible your phone number/console/ip/account have been used in phishing/scamming/selling attempts.

Yes, keep that in mind for the future (usually all the rewards program doesn't allow you to "recycle" the phone number)

About the ticket, don't worry about that response, is automated.

Now just wait for a new email from rewards team, this can take up to 72 hours, depending on the workload can take a bit more.

Hope everything gets solved as soon as possible!

Well, about how long the ban will take. I really don't know. But if you're referring to get an answer, nope. Doesn't take that long. Max, a week

I am doing fine today, how about you?

I only came to the realization that is not allowed after a google search, My sibling tried to redeem something while i wasnt with them and the next day They woke up to that message.

I have already submitted a ticket at 12pm (its now 10pm GMT) and all they said was "Please refrain from creating additional Service Requests about the same issue"

I replied saying i havent sent any new emails or sent anything twice and if i did i would like to be provided with proof.
