Got banned for using german symbols and followed the code of conduct

I need some help because Microsoft banned me for using German symbols and I followed the code of conduct too how do I fix this and if this does not get fix Microsoft watch the **** out.

Yes google nazi symbols and blackops yes blackops has lvls with nazi symbols hence why it is legally baned

Google is great Which is why foreign blackops is banned in Germany along with WaW Except on foreign ground but as long as you are using German connections you are held to the German laws

Really use google usk blackops issues

I feel that you are talking about modded xbox's. Jtag's are not illegal, but they are against the code of conduct. You will be banned. And modding is not suggested.

My guess would be you violated this part of the code of conduct:

Content that is controversial. For example:

• Sexual, provocative, pornographic or adult content
• Violent content
• Controversial religious content
• Anything involving notorious people or organisations
• Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical
