Got banned for the most stupidest thing.

So on 3/21/2017 i was playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow six siege, and talking with my friends to out of the blue get a message from xbox live enforcement team. Turns out i got banned. for 2 weeks i cant communicate until 4/4/2017 and its because of the most
childish thing. While playing rainbow i messaged some dude to "Join the party your dumb". And somehow from that i got automatically banned for 2 weeks. This is the most outrageous and dumbest thing ive ever seen. Every time i do the questionnaire for a case
review, i get one damn question wrong and i gotta wait 24 hours. Just because i dont know that you can or cannot team up on Xbox against someone. This is stupid, unban me.

So recently I have been playing battlefield one. I quite enjoy the game and I spend a lot of time on it. however many other players who I kill in game Send hate mail. "kill yourself" " your mother doesn't love you" " drink bleach"; I hear it all. people
who comment on my skills in game In negative ways Makes me very frustrated and angry. Whenever people do this I usually say get a life you're wasting your time. Recently this happened as well. I told this one guy to stop bothering me and leave me alone. I
reported and blocked him. He used curse words and insulting language. I did not swear or say anything to offend him. The next day I get a one week suspension from communicating. What is up with that Microsoft? I'm sick of these stupid communication suspensions
which limits me to who I can talk to you. I have to sign into other account in order to talk to my friends and it upsets me. Please help explain why I got banned and he didn't!!!

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Sometimes you may get a thank you message if someone is banned/suspended due to a report you filed but that doesn't happen often.Other than that you will not be informed if someone gets banned/suspended.
