so they other day I go banned from communication till the 30th. I got banned for some crap... I said ass and the kids name was
[Mod Removed].. more in depth, playing call of duty in game chat he was chirping at me the whole game, saying I'm a fag and how he **** my girlfriend and my mom, also said if you look at the number in my name tats what I did with your mom,
so I leave the lobby and I get a message of him calling me trash. so I said eat my ass, just so he would stop messaging me and harassing me, I wasn't going to report him because its childish to report people like just shut up and play, but since my name is
people constantly call me gay or a fag/faggot so this one time I responded. after he reported me I got banned right away and he invited me to a party going off and saying way to inappropriate stuff towards me and my friends and I'm the one who
got banned??? xbox needs to fix there ways because it is not fair and not I'm paying money and not being able to do what I want to do and that is talk to my friends. I moved so this is the only way I talk to them, and I have to go back to school the 22nd for
basketball, and I need this ban off of me so I can talk to the. I either want to be refunded money or unbanned and I'm not settling for none of the above because this is bull.

If you said something bad, then you said something bad...its plain and simple and there is no taking that back. Everything that gets reported gets looked at, some times in context if there is a spot for evidence to be given but calling someone that is never
okay to do...even online to someone you don't know...even if they were harassing you first.

The Code of Conduct exists for a reason. Xbox/Microsoft will deal with the bullies so long as we point out to them who they are...by neglecting to do so you in a way become the bully.

Try and stay away from internet trolls. I can agree its very stupid, yet it is very sad when people get themselves banned for doing something they were highly aware they could get banned/suspended for.

Do you report people when they cuss you out? If not then that could be why there are no repercussions. Chances are if you got banned after sending a message it was because they reported you. Also, I believe that is one of the words that will get you a
ban because it is ableist.

Keep in mind that you could have been banned for actions made in the past, not necessarily that message.
