It can be very easy to respond to players if they are causing aggrevation. In these cases, it is worth muting or blocking them depending on the circumstances. Rather than an eye for an eye, just make sure that you follow the Xbox Guidelines for those that
you might find that are causing you trouble.

It doesn't matter if you spell it out or use an abbreviation.

It's the "meaning" of the abbreviation that counts.

If you are harassed with toxic messages, DO NOT respond to the toxicity.

Report the offending messages, and then instead of less politely "asking" the person to "shut up", simply "make" him shut up by blocking and muting his profile.

That way he can't harass you anymore, and since you reported his messages, the Enforcement Team will look at the case. If they find the person violated the Code of Conduct (similar to your abbreviated message), they will then suspend that account, just as
they did with you.

At least you now have evidence that the Enforcement system works, and that offenders really get suspended.

The best thing you can do when encountering those kinds of people is to use the Mute and Block button.

It's better not to circumvent word censorship either.

Enforcement team doesn't read this forum. You can always go to their page and ask for a case review. Others provided a link. And yes, you must be carefull. Be kind even when someone is not. Be above that.
