Got banned for no reason?

this is ridiculous I was playing a match of pubg and all of a sudden I started to lag and glitch but I was still able to eliminate an enemy hiding Ina small shack and he messages me calling me a cheater and reports me and now My account is suspended this

Modding is just one of many things that can get you banned permanently from XBL. If you want an official response then you'll want to post in "my xbox account was suspended". You should get a response inside of 24hrs either by a post in your thread or an
e-mail to your WLID.

for some reason that i dont know i got banned from xbox live. i have no idea why microsoft banned me i dont even mod. i know for sure modding gets you banned.

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one.
