Got banned for communications when i didnt have internet at the time it happened.

Investigations take time so suspensions are not given on the same day that the action took place. The action could have taken place weeks or months before.

Same thing is happening to me i have been texting my friend but he didnt report me and i got banned twice in the span of 1 week and i need help really bad because right now my ban is till the 22nd and i didnt do anything.

Actually i think this system is dumb i get banned but its dumb they should ban you from seeing that person that banned you i got communication banned and its unfair ITS THE INTERNET its like xbox thinks its a safe place when the internet is not when someone
threatens you OVER the internet no need to run to a corner JUST say something back or mute him dont be a mean and ban them. this comment is not ment to hurt anybody

I have a similar issue, i got banned for innapropriate text communications on march 25th 2020 and i got banned for the same comment same amount of time again! The person doing this is only trying to get me banned and have no good goal cause once again
I got banned again! For the same reason same amount of time. They are reporting a deleted message that has already gotten me punished once it shouldn’t happen 3 times. The enforcement team needs to improve or something else does.

Didnt work. Spoke with another player who git banned from posting lfg. It is impossible to improve xbox community when the community is being banned without any understanding.
