    I Got Banned And i dont know why

    yesterday some dude was back chating me and i responded in a way i shouldn't of as to that that responded with a ban for com

    then today i was playing a game of rainbow 6 and after my match finished i got kicked and a MSG poped um saying Ur not allowed to play online games and Im not sure what that has to do with my com banned but it sure is bothering me. I'm not sure if this is
    a mistake but i need some help i do have the persons name that was backchating me and made me respons is such a way please get back to me asap Thank you MONO for more info plz msg me

    Sorry to hear it. The PET do not use these forums though. What you'll need to do is log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason and duration of the action.

    If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
    in doing this I will link a video below showing you how to file a case review.

    Hello, no I see no reason as to why you would get banned here. Now for some reason if you cheated and obtained your gamerscore then tried to go online and it shows, that might be a reason to be banned. All I say is dont cheat or mod the controller or console
    when it comes to XBox...it will be found out!!! Read enforcement.com website so you know the dos and donts of XBoxing!!
