Got banned for apparently no reason with no explanation or way to get it rectified in a...

hey, i already know about the enforcement page. Its insulting to have to fill out a worksheet saying that i apologize without even being shown an example of what i allegedly did wrong. I know for a fact that customer service can be done way better than this.
Apple catches a lot of flak in the media over their policies (which microsoft also have) but they would never, ever, handle customer service like this. And they are faaar from perfect themselves. I know that from decades of personal experience.

I’ve personally put hundreds of dollars, a month, into my gaming on xbox this year alone (i play star trek online) and have been with xbox ever since the original. i think that i deserve better than this treatment from microsft. Not because i spend so much
on their platform but because i contribute to their community and have done nothing but try to be as helpful and courteous to my fellow gamers. I’m done.

the only time ive ever been anywhere near a problem on XBL is when someone hurled racist slurs at me in text literally two times.

My question is: is there a forum to give microsoft feedback so that complete and utter failures in customer service, like this, dont happen in the future?

in the mean time, i’m going to go look into getting a shiny new playstation 4. Im really done with microsoft this week after i bought two new controllers to replace my elite thats basically made of tissue paper and then getting banned with
zero explanation. I dont even care much about a ban. I care most about the fact that there was absolutely no explanation. Even 4chan shows the specific post that you were banned for when they ban you.

let that sink in.
