Got banned for 9 days of one message. That’s absurd

so I sent ONE MESSAGE another player. Xbox suspends my communications for 9 days. That’s absurd guys, if my ban doesn’t come off I’m selling my Xbox. I refuse absolutely to be punished for 9 days, This takes all competitition out of fortnite without communications.

Bans

on 9/28/17 i got reported for using profanity in a private message and i couldn't talk or send messages, two days later WHILE i was still banned i got another ban for voice communications. explain to me how somebody who can't talk or send messages gets banned
for talking and sending messages. I'm still banned over a month later and now my gamertag has been changed because "[Mod Removed]" is apparently an offensive gamertag.

I was in a game of Origins around 9 o'clock and got kicked out of my game and got a message that said I had been banned for communications I'm very curious of why I was banned and if I got banned for a specific person or reason thank you for responding to
this forum in a timely fashion

it’s a joke, but I do appreciate the feedback. Didn’t know if you guys had any pull on the forums. I felt as if it was a little ridiculous to the extent they took it. As a competitive player, It can be a little heart throbbing that they care that less about
player satisfaction. People are people and an 24 hour suspension would’ve made more sense.
