I watched my son play xbox on his game called 2k. He join a party, A person said he has pulled our IP and he’s gonna kick my son of xbox if he loses the game. My don lost and he said our Address out to the party. And also kicked my son off xbox for a whole
day. I would like for the suspension to be removed because my son did nothing wrong and I would like that person to be kicked off Xbox because he might just keep finding peoples addresses and threatening to hurt him. thank you so much for reading.

The suspension would have been issued by the enforcement team, not the other player. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why he was suspended, but
a 24 hour suspension is not eligible for a case review so all he can do is wait it out.

As far as the other player, your son would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them and take the appropriate action.

i fixed it turns out his xbox account got banned for 1 day ?

i'm pretty sure you got the communication ban. it can be up to 1, 7, or 14 days.

It is also possible someone you know reported your communications with them to "be funny" which happens more often than you would think. If the ban is for 24 hours, the only option is to wait until it expires. If it's longer than 24 hours you can submit at
