You would need to go to the enforcement site
here & file for a case review if eligible but playing in modded lobbies is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

but im not a modder and i got banned for modding so i mean they ban for no reason its abusing their power and i think it is wrong

Never understood why gamerscore cheats got a reset while people who modded their avatar got banned for it. Looking it up both things are done nearly the exact same way, so surely they should share the same punishment.

A conspiracy theorist might say that the avatar modders get banned because it is more easily noticeable online.

My friend got ban for getting this from a modder, He contacted rockstar support and they said if you play with known modders that help you boost rank, or money, and get items that are not meant for online play from modders, you risk getting a life time ban.
I'm happy I stayed away from the space docker. Now I only have one RL friend who isn't ban to play with =/
