Got banned because my friend hacked me

i got my communication on my Xbox one banned because my friend sent inappropriate messages to his account through my account. I really want this ban too be lifted because it's not fair at all.

My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

I was hacked and they got me banned on Sforza Motorsport 4

I just talked to Wilfred from Xbox support (reference number 1258605915) and he told me u can lift my unban in forza 4 because I was hacked and that person got me banned by sending unicorn cars to my friends

to be honest you got my friends account banned and this is stupid very sad because we beat you in a clan battle and xbox still banned the gamertag this is completely dumb of xbox live to ban the creator of my clan because another clan has beef with him and
he said he was going to hack you ? pathetic

a person named [Mod Removed] said he was gonna ask his friend to ban me because i used a soundboard in a message to play with him he was my friend but then he deleted so he said he will ask his microsoft friend to ban and say i hacked and
lie i dont know how to hack or mod please help me with this person?
