Got bad freezing up on Microsoft Jigsaw

Microsoft Jigsaw is freezing up during playing on my windows 10 PC, I have done some troubleshooting using the Microsoft App Troubleshooter and other methods like reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw, but to no avail. The problem is most prevalent during the calls
from the game to advertisements. Also the 'runtime broker' is using quite a bit of my processor during the calls, about 10 to 20 %. All other Microsoft games on my PC don't use 'Runtime Broker' this much only around 1% or less. This is getting to the point
that I don't want to play this game any more. The game apparently uses the PC clock for timing certain challenges, because when it freezing up and then comes back the timer adjusts for the time lost during the freeze up which means that I can lose 20 to 30
seconds per challenge.

Microsoft Jigsaw Freezing Up

I have been playing Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles for a very long time, and I really enjoy all the different collections that are offered.

However, for the last several days the puzzles are continuously freezing up. I have tried restarting the game, and followed other steps offered. This has not fixed the problem.

Can someone please check into this and get the problem resolved.
