Got asked to re-use my subscription

Hi i got xbox game pass for 1$ and specifically asked not to re-new it.but know i'm now charged 10$ and it ask me to pay know.can someone please help me?

Paid for 12 month Xbox live subscription, can't use it.

I bought a 12 month subscription (via code) and put in the code when it asked me and everything was fine. Then I tried to use it and I was asked to sign into Xbox live gold, I selected use code (thinking I'd got something wrong first time) put in my code
and was annoyed (to put it lightly) when it told me the Xbox live code had been used already and couldn't give me Xbox live 12 months. Then I checked on the Xbox site and it said I had 12 months Xbox live subscription. I can't actually use my xbox live subscription
now. What do I do?

Gold Live

Was charged,and the subscription is not in use and the xbox asked to return the funds,cancelling the subscription

You will need to contact Support chat for a refund if needed, but you can always check and turn off auto renew from here:
http://account.microsoft.com - just look under subscriptions.

i think the 1 dollar susbcription is for first time users, you can check with microsoft when you call to ask for the refund

so what happened did it keep asking u to re downloading it or it was asking u to delete and re install it and what was the subscription to

I'm having the same problem. Just got my Gold subscription today and downloaded Fortnite. Now its asking me for a game disc or to check my subscription. I don't understand.

After the latest Windows update it is asking me to upgrade to premium. My subscription doesn't expire until January and now I got ads.
