Got an Xbox one s but it’s not letting me use my gamer tag from my old Xbox 360

I am very sorry to inform you but Rockstar disabled the option to move between past and current gen platforms way back in 2017. In addition, the Xbox 360 and PS3 GTA Online Servers had been shut down back in 2021 so that progress is lost.

It greeted me with my new gamer tag when asking me if I'd like to transfer my Xbox 360 settings to the new Xbox but still shows my old gamer tag in the top left corner with my email And gamer points ect

Gamer score leaderboard also shows as my old gamer tag above my game points, are these places where my new gamer tag should be on Xbox 1? On my Xbox 360 my old gamer tag is nowhere to be found even if I look for it

before i had my Xbox 360 i used my mates and i stupidly linked a old account to my current email address and my current gamer tag has a email i don't use this means i wont be able to sing up to netflix or crunchy roll with my current email because its not
the same as my current gamer-tags email how do i swap them ? do i just simply delete my old gamer tag and then just re-use my current email or will it not allow me because it was linked to a old gamer tag ?

Unfortunately, I changed my gamer tag when I got my 360. My current one can't be more than 10 years old.
