Got an issue with game pass

last week I was trying to get the game pass Ian’s it would not let me proses it after calling Xbox support I was informed that a 24 month game pass that I was seeing on my tv was not available. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got no where with them
so they directed me to Microsoft where I got no where as well and was then resent to Xbox where I was hung up on . So I called back today where I was told their was nothing they could do about it Andy to come to this forum and voice my issue . I have screen
shots Andy video as well of the issue and I’m very put out but the lack of help I have gotten in this matter so if some someone would get back to me I would greatly appreciated it
