Got an e-mail saying I've been selected to join Project xCloud (Preview) a couple weeks ago...

Hi,

For now, Project xCloud is still in preview and limited to selected countries. We can't say when they'll open it to Australia, but you can check from time to time on Xbox Wire or Project
xCloud page.

It took me 3 WEEKS and three applications for joining before I got the E-mail saying I had joined.

As you can see I haven't done anything with it though as when I tried doing everything it said in the E-mail to active the chat service I got a DELIVERY NOTIFICATION FAILURE E-mail sent to me.

I have tried a couple of times to get it to work but I have basically just giving up trying.

The whole thing looks totally broken to me at the moment.

Ok. However, I got the automated Form 24 e-mail from Microsoft that says my accounts have auto-renewed (one was in the first week of February the other a couple of weeks later). I would have expected some sort of card/billing declined e-mail not a successful
auto-renewal e-mail.

If you were in the preview program you should have received the message yesterday via the Xbox messaging service, not through e-mail. The codes will be sent the same way and are being sent out today - I just received mine not too long ago. They are not sent
to your e-mail account, but as a message through Live. If you are not in the Preview Program, then you will have to wait a couple of weeks. I also think you need to have played Halo MCC in order to qualify for the early access of the Beta/
