Got accused of hacking. I don't do things like that

I have been accused of hacking but I wouldn't have the first clue on how to. My games always run smoothly but people keep say I'm lagging or hacking. I use Bt fibre broadband and for most of the time it runs smoothly. I have now been suspended because someone
reported me of hacking but it's probably there poor broadband. This is just not fair

i was com banned for what i believe was a player who thought i was hacking, i was not however.

so i was com banned, and i didnt know why. i looked at my messages to double check, and all i came across was a player who accused me of hacking, which i wasnt. is that a way to get com banned is for being falsely accused of hacking?

Hey there Karate dave,

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Same has happend with me i got wrongly accused, i went offline (got hacked) and later i got back on by recovering and then like soon on i got bnned so sad.

The only thing I would say is that naming people on the forum doesn't actually do anything. There's a policy against naming and shaming, so your post, if seen by a mod, will simply be scrubbed of the offending names. And, I can sort of see why, because
they don't know the person in question is hacking and they can't simply take your word for it. I had someone accuse me of hacking because I rolled through a fireball and took no damage (fat rolling with a Havel cosplay, no less - SKILL!!! LOL). If that person
had posted my GT here and accused me of hacking, I wouldn't like it very much. Granted, it lets people who are hacking off the hook, but it seems like one of those situations where XBL decided it's better to protect the innocent.
