Got account banned for no reason

i just got banned for no reason am only new to Xbox I had 3 months gold on my account I follow the rules I pay for games I've never gave grief to any other players the only two games I play is GTA 5 and only got borderlands 2 today can't play cause my account
banned can I get it unbanned by contacting Microsoft or what can I do

Account got banned for no reason

Hi i am wondering why my account got banned. I dont get how it got banned all i do is play on it and i got for 2 weeks then followed by that i got a 1 month ban on the xbox im just wondering how you can get banned for playing the game you enjoy i have spoken
to your team member and have the reference number so yeah i think its stupid how i got banned so i was wondering if you could lift the ban.

When you post in the other, correct forum, be sure to tell them which gamertag you are talking about. Also, you might want to give the reference number, because you got that from a
different team (Support) than you'll be talking to in the Account Suspension forum (XBL PET, Policy Enforcement Team).

We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension from within the last 12 months, you can submit a Case
Review to the Policy Enforcement team.
