Got a "Xbox Live Gold cancellation confirmation" mail after a "Microsoft Purchase Confirmation"

After purchasing Xbox Live Gold subscription it auto-canceled

Yesterday, I attempted to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription and I received an error that the purchase failed, please try again later. However, I received the confirmation email for the purchase and my credit card statement shows I was charged. Also
under my account information it was showing I had a subscription. About 15 minutes after the purchase confirmation email I got another email to confirm my Xbox Live Gold subscription cancellation. Now it is not showing I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription
in my account information but the purchase still appears in my transactions and it still shows on my credit card statement without a refund.

I went to cancel Xbox live gold and instead of cancelling it I brought it again the issue is I brought it but it isn't on my purchase history nor did I get an email back confirming the purchase on my banking app Xbox took it out as pending

I purchased the Gold account and got an email confirmation. and hour later I got another email saying it was cancelled. A day later I purchased it again and an hour later, same thing. Two charges for the subscription on bank statement, neither of which have
been reversed.... WTF Microsoft!
