Thanks, sorry meant to say I got the code and it came up with an error. Then re entered to code and 'code has been used 'messeage came up. No points, no xbox live and order history of purchase!

Network, internet, and Xbox Live are all connected. My Xbox One is working perfectly fine, but my 360 is showing a service alert. I went online and it shows that live is working just fine and everything is up and running. I reset my network setting
to default and re-entered my password and such for my wifi. Not sure what else to do now. Rebooted/restarted my router. My phone, PC, and Xbox One are all working fine still. 360 still showing everything is connected and up, but it's also still saying service
alert.

ok guys well here is some more info like ive tried to clear the cache, delete and re download my profile, ive had my re entered the code on xbox .com and on my xbox, nothing seems to work and ive even got the email to confirm my gold when I did enter the
code the first time so it says its there.. and when I try to play games online it does not say I don't have gold.. it says "Your profile does not have the correct permission to access Xbox LIVE functionality" if that helps anyone understand any better

xbox live status claims everything is ~up and running~ yet for the last 7 hours i have tried to log on, and its a never ending loop of signing in to xbox live! i have deleted my internet connection details, and re entered them, many many restarts, log outs,
log ins, testing connections!! i know xbox live was hacked today, but c'mon, how long does it take to fix? seriously??? i cant play crap right now, (or all *** day!) how can u say everything is up and running, when clearly it ISNT!!!
