Any game that is backwards compatible on the One will show up in your Ready to Install section on the One. That's the One's version of the download history.

Specific title availability dates are not made available nor are a list of upcoming games that could make it to Backwards Compatible.

To be updated with the most recent releases, I would suggest go to
Major Nelson's blog post about everything Backwards Compatible and a full list of current games available is found there as well. His Twitter is a great place to get the most recent updates to the Backwards Compatible list.

For requests about what games you would like added to the Backwards Compatible list, we suggest going to the publishers/developers community site and posting your ideas there.

Yes, it will be. In fact, the Pre-Order Bundlerder Bundle includes Ace combat 6 as an addon when you purchase the bundle. So yes, it will be backwards compatible once it does release.
