    Got a problem with the app opening


    Hi there. I'm having a weird Xbox app problem, where when I try to open it I get a green screen and an endless loading loop animation that never goes anywhere. Any attempt to adjust settings or fix it wants me to open to the app, which never ever opens.

    Also, when I try to boot up Gears 4 to play, it loads at a screen for a moment and then returns me to desktop. I should mention in an effort to trouble shoot a BF1 issue I "turned off superfetch" and turned off search. Would that disable my app and cause
    all these problems?

    Is there a problem with your saved game? What level is it opening up when you close the app?

    To properly isolate your concern, may we ask if you were able to use the app before you turned off superfetch?

    The app can be downloaded when opening the welcome message ...

    The problem was I opened this message on my Xbox 360 and since there is now Launch App button I just forgot it
