    i got a problem with my xbox one

    One day when i started a game my xbox said that i had to log on the user that bought the game. the problem is that i was logged on. so i have a problem with both the connection between the account and the xbox.

    Got a problem with my account

    I have recently noticed that MyVIP ranking aint leveling up .

    according to the MYVIP ranking info on the site i get a star if i spent more then 300$ but i spent 1497$ and got nothing and even more for my first purchase i should have gotten 1250 credits according to another support post on your site.

    I tried to contact support but they could not help me so i am trying here
