Got a new Xbox One today, some Games with Gold downloads missing

I am noticing that these same games, which are already installed on my Xbox one will not launch because it says I don't own them. I acquired them via GwG and my gold status is current yet these games refuse to launch. It appears Microsoft removed my access
to them from my live account for some reason. Is this normal for them to do (I.e., are GwG games sometimes removed from the programs and access blocked to installed copies of the game?). I submitted feedback on this using the built in feedback button that
was on the error message but I think this feedback just goes to a black hole and no one reads it (at least I have never been contacted by anyone about feedback that I have sent in the past).

I thought that once we downloaded a GwG game we had access to it for as long as we were an Xbox live gold member but this does not appear to be the case.

Heya Otakuon!

Your issue sounds a little different that the one in this thread. Be sure you're using the same account that originally downloaded the Games with Gold titles. If another account was signed in when you downloaded the game it's possible the game is tied to
that account. If that account was using your console as it's Home console and has since changed it's Home console it would remove access to those Games with Gold titles on your account.

Try signing in with other accounts on your console and try accessing the Games with Gold titles. If you're still having issues please create a new thread and let us know

as like others, so many me and how to survive were downloaded onto my xbox one, however still missing a few games, pool nation is the only one that i am bothered is missing. have noticed some games in my library, if viewed on xbox store mention "buy a
copy" as well as play. why

Be sure to check out the post above, as it details why the game may not show as purchased on the account. If you're certain you were signed into your account when you made "purchase" for the free Games with Gold title, please create a new thread detailing
your trouble.

I’m noticing the same thing; AC:Black Flag, MGS:Ground Zeros & So Many Me, I know I claimed using my 360 and others that appear as not purchased but can’t remember if i just missed them… I too was claiming the games in anticipation of purchasing an Xbox
One.

i am also getting this, i uninstalled Assassins creed Unity to make room for new content, and now when i went back to re-install it, it says i have to purchase it, (got it free with Gold back in may.) any idea on whats up, several other games are like this
as well.

So I'm having this same issue, bought my Xbox One last month and I've been downloading every games with gold for it since the beginning. Yet when I went to download them I noticed some missing, the games are:

-Halo: Spartan Assault (Which was out with Max, and yet Max isn't missing.)

-Rayman Legends

-So Many Me

I know I downloaded them on the site every time. Now here is the weird thing, this has irritated me for a bit so from time to time I check on them in the marketplace to see if something changed, but they always show a price. Today I loaded up my Xbox to
purchase a game, once I bought the new game (Dance Central Spotlight) it shot me over to my queue and sitting there at 20% was So Many Me. Curious I went to check the store for it on the site and it says purchased 10/7/2015, which I did not as it was free
back in August. So it definitely seems like something glitched with a few of the games with gold and one of mine has fixed itself after a month. If I could get some help with the other two though that would be greatly appreciated.
