Got a new Xbox One today, some Games with Gold downloads missing

I'm missing black flag and so many me as well(possibly more I haven't checked a list) tried all the listed suggestions and they are listed as priced not reinstalls

I can confirm I am only missing AC IV and So Many Me

i am having the same problem, although the only games i had in my library are the ones you were missing,i have added them all since pool nation in april, got my xbox one thursday, to notice most were missing.have been looking to see if anyone else was having
the same problem, thought it was just me.

 

Last night I checked my games and saw that Assassin's Creed: Black Flag was on my list of games ready to be downloaded. A good thing since I was abut to purchase it. Now I just need So Many Me.

 

Have you guys gone into the My Games and Apps and in the games tab, went all the way to the Marketplace button, and waited there for a few secs, usually all the games that you own will appear in a window before the Marketplace button in the Games Tab of
My Games and Apps. Its weird I know XD

 

So I'm having this same issue, bought my Xbox One last month and I've been downloading every games with gold for it since the beginning. Yet when I went to download them I noticed some missing, the games are:

-Halo: Spartan Assault (Which was out with Max, and yet Max isn't missing.)

-Rayman Legends

-So Many Me

I know I downloaded them on the site every time. Now here is the weird thing, this has irritated me for a bit so from time to time I check on them in the marketplace to see if something changed, but they always show a price. Today I loaded up my Xbox to
purchase a game, once I bought the new game (Dance Central Spotlight) it shot me over to my queue and sitting there at 20% was So Many Me. Curious I went to check the store for it on the site and it says purchased 10/7/2015, which I did not as it was free
back in August. So it definitely seems like something glitched with a few of the games with gold and one of mine has fixed itself after a month. If I could get some help with the other two though that would be greatly appreciated.

 

Yes, I have.. It's not listed there. I've to refresh it, Did a hard reset, updated to the new dash, none of it worked. The Games are still not listed as 'Ready To Install' in the store.

 

Yesterday, these games appeared on my xbox ready to be installed:

- How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition

- Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes

- So Many Me

Now, it's just missing this one: - CastleStorm: Definitive Edition

I will check again later.

 

On Tuesday AC4 was in my download queue, and yesterday So Many Me automatically downloaded.

Problem solved.

 

I have recently gone to my apps and games and Metal gear solid ground zeros has appeared and instaling it's self. Don't know how, Don't know when, Just glad it finally showed up. XD But my problem is solved.
