Got a new Xbox One today, some Games with Gold downloads missing

Today I brought home a brand new console, and I am about to start downloading all the Games with Gold games that i have been faithfully adding since the program was extended to Xbox One. However, I have notice some are missing: Tomb
Raider: Definitive Edition, So Many Me, and Assassin's
Creed IV: Black Flag. These are the glaring omissions, I don't know if there is more without consulting a list. I hope maybe I'm just a noob and somehow overlooked something? I am absolutely positive that I added them when they were made available, I was
especially looking forward to Assassin's Creed.

Missing Games

So last week my Xbox One had some hardware problems. So I sent it in to be fixed. Got a new one mailed to me in 3 days. Awesomesauce. Huge problem now. Missing games.

The games I'm missing is the free with gold halo and Guacamelee. I contacted microsoft and they told me there is no history of me purchasing these games. Well I didn't purchase them. They were free. The games offered right now for gold I got back easily
as they were ready to download in my games queue.

Is there a download history like on the 360? I'm having trouble finding it if there is. I want my games back ****! Anyone have the same problem?

 

Problem with Project Cars game from Xbox Gold

Recently i get project cars digital edition with xbox gold (at this time i have xbox 360). Today i get brand new xbox one. When i go to the game list, there is no project cars available to download. But on xbox web site in "My Games" there is this game.
I think there is more missing games. Why?

 

Hopefully someone can help you with the missing ones, but just an FYI, Tomb Raider hasn't been a games with gold on the One yet. That one starts tomorrow, so you can download it then.

 

Yes I just realized that, strange, it was already available in the evening of the 15th

 

The samething happened to me, I couldn't get to my xbox one so I logged onto my xbox 360 and got metal gear solid V: Ground zero but when I eventually did get on my xbox one I couldn't download the game. So either I'm missing something, Or something broke.

 

Hey, guys! If you haven't already, head over to My Games & Apps and scroll to the right to your Ready To Install screen. If you aren't seeing it there, please make sure your console is set as your Home console.

If that doesn't help you out, please navigate to the MGSV product page that you've linked to and let me know if you see it showing a price or as already purchased. Let me know what it says either way.

Once I have these things confirmed, we'll be able to look into it further.

 

Misses Quinzel, I tried all of the things you suggested. It's not in ready to install And my xbox one is set as my home xbox.

I also tried going to the product page it's self, And it still shows the price instead of already purchased.

 

i am also getting this, i uninstalled Assassins creed Unity to make room for new content, and now when i went back to re-install it, it says i have to purchase it, (got it free with Gold back in may.) any idea on whats up, several other games are like this
as well.

 

I am having exactly the same problem. Over the past few months I have been reserving the games with gold on my xbox 360 ready for when I got an xbox one. I got my xbox one yesterday but none of the games appear in the download queue I specifically remember
reserving Rayman Legends as it was a game I really wanted to play but there were others too that I can't remember. When I find Rayman Legends in the store it is showing as full price.

I tried speaking to someone on the live chat but that wasn't helpful as they said it wasn't possible to reserve xbox one games on the 360 and you could only download them while they were available. That directly contradicts the video on xbox 360 about how
it should work

 

I’m noticing the same thing; AC:Black Flag, MGS:Ground Zeros & So Many Me, I know I claimed using my 360 and others that appear as not purchased but can’t remember if i just missed them… I too was claiming the games in anticipation of purchasing an Xbox
One.

Those that notice this issue, continue to post back with the games that are missing and if they are showing prices or already purchased. This is information that I need to pass on to the right people. Let me know if there are new games that are doing this

To follow up, I checked the page of Black Flag, it shows the full price 29.99, So Many Me 14.99.
