No, like I just now got the chance to redeem those codes, just peeled the backs off and they've apparently been used. They don't even have codes for that anymore.

Hate to break it to you but if you don't have the phone number anymore or any backup codes already generated then it's done for good, I mean you can try to remember the password or contact support and try to verify, otherwise I'm sorry.

I can sign in with my old profile I don't use anymore but I can't sign in with the one I use now, it makes no sence. It's on the same console and now I tried to recover/download my profile, but then it got deleted after I got the error code and now I can't

Im sure it did - we have only had it for just over 2 months. My son always uses the headphones but is now wanting to have monitor sound. If I uninstall dolby atmos I dont have the free code anymore to re install. Im just not sure if its the this that is
causing the problem. We are using a normal HDMI cable.

Whenever you first setup 2 step verification it would've also given you some backup codes which are meant to be used in this exact sort of situation.

Did you save those codes somewhere safe like it would've told you to? If so you can use one of those codes when it asks for a code.

If you didn't save those backup codes then unfortunately the account would be lost for good.
