got a full suspension ban for threats when I have a communication ban

Before you try to tell me because it was because of something before my communication ban, I've checked my enforcement history after trying FireFox, Google Chrome and Microsoft edge (all had the same problem of clicking on Enforcement history and case review
only to get stuck on the same page.)

How can I be threatening anyone or harassing people on a muted account? Please explain. Most likely not going to get a response because apparently xbox enforcement is the only people I can contact, not any managers or admins at microsoft. I'd
like an explanation please.

Ban information

On oct 3rd I received a communication ban for no apparent reason. Then, 3 days later I received a second ban. This time, apparently I was sending threats and I was harrassing people. My question is how can I harrass and send threats if I cannot speak or
hear other players ? And no, I did not send threats before I got the communication ban. I Would like to know why have I received a communication ban and whisky did a get a second ban after that.

This is upsetting because I'm not an abusive or disruptive player.

 

There's no need to create duplicate threads - Xbox Enforcement and Xbox Live Subscription As you've already been told, suspensions are
not generally issued the same day the action took place. So both suspensions could be actions that took place weeks or months before.

suspension does not make any sense.

 

this is not a duplicate. I've received a full xbox live suspension ontop of a communication suspension for harassment and threats when I have a communication ban making it impossible for me to be making comments to anyone of that nature.

 

While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and
users may be enforced upon at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

 

thats unfair. I had a communication ban and 1 day later I get a full suspension because XBLPET decides to take enforcement on something that happened months ago. I appealed for a case review and the decision was upheld. I explained it to them that I couldn't
be making any sort of comments of that nature. You ambassadors are little help. XBLPET made an unfair enforcement action.

 

Whether you think it's fair or not doesn't matter.It's something you agreed to when starting your account.

You've already been given all the info anyone on the forums can give you.

well, I have one more question. I have the My Home Xbox setting and still have a gold subscription on my suspended account. Is it against the ToS and CoC if I make another account in the meantime during my suspension period to use the gold to play multiplayer
games? I don't want to be violating anything further resulting in anymore enforcement actions. I don't want to lose my account I've had with xbox for 5 years. Its been a great experience.
