got a content takedown on xbox because of my name but it won't let me file a review

I've tried this on 2 devices now, it won't let me on the quiz because it still says the case review apply button and it won't let me click that button.

i called microsoft and they said that i was allowed to put the name on forums, the kid has my ip address. the problem is i can't even file a complaint on my xbox it won't let me use the option at all
