got a content take down for no reason, and now i can't change my gamerpic

only way to contact the enforcement team. In regard to changing your gamer pic, you may need to wait 24 hours prior to being able to make any further changes.

there is no ban, it just says i have a content takedown, so theres no way i can case review or anything. its not telling me anything, its just not letting me change my gamer picture.

there is nothing there that can help me. all it tells me is that it was taken down because it was offensive. every time i try to contact someone on live chat it brings me to the virtual agent and then back to the support page. can you please link me somewhere
where i can talk to someone that will actually help me?

Hi there,

Apologies but nobody on the forums or customer support will be able to help you or do anything with an enforcement action. If there is no case review available, then the enforcement action is not eligible for review and you would have to wait the specified
amount of time before you can change your gamer picture to a custom one.

Keep in mind that the enforcement action may have been from a report made on an older gamer picture that did break the code of conduct sometime before. It may not have anything to do with the recent gamer picture that was the color black. Reports can be
reviewed some time later then when they are submitted.
