    Got a coms ban 2 days later console ban


    On the 5th of July I got a coms ban for replying to kids abusive messages.I thought fair enough I'll accept the ban as it's against the rules,2 day later I get a console ban from out of nowhere which I think is totally wrong as my partner and brother
    have there own accounts on the console,and now either of them can play even tho still being charged.When you need to talk to a member of enforcement they are like the unknown.You speak to support who say type a sa in the forums and you can speak to one so
    here I am trying my luck and hopefully sort the issue out!

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Hi there,

    Why support still sends users to the forums baffles me as the Enforcement no longer use the forums.

    You will need to go to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     and submit a case review, if the suspension qualifies.

    No one but an enforcement team member can respond to specific enforcement actions.

    Good morning,

    I had a com ban on the 19th then i somehow got another one 2 days later? i checked all my messages from a month ago and both of my accts im not a toxic member of the destiny community i guess its a temp ban for over a week im livid i cannot get any answers

    Com banned for 2 weeks.

    So i called my friend a jerk and i got com banned for 2 weeks!!
    If you got communication banned for an xbox message then that means your friend reported your message.
