Unfortunately there is no way to have it removed.

Suspensions are only removed if you are able to submit a case review and the enforcement team determines they made a mistake and overturn their decision.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to your question about removing the suspension from your record, unfortunately there isn't a way to remove the suspension from the record of the account. We understand that you were not the one who went
in there and said those things to the other user, however, your account was involved and that is why it was suspended. When it comes to playing online we recommend to not engage with others who are saying rude/hurtful things to you. Instead we recommend to
ignore the person and to Block and Report their account.

As to why you weren't able to create a case review, you can generally create a case review for most suspensions, however, with the 24 hour suspension it usually takes up to 48 hours to get a verdict from the case review and by the time that happens the
24 hour suspension would have been completed. So, for that reason, the system doesn't allow any user to create a case review for 24 hours suspensions.

You cannot have suspensions removed from your record. That’s a real bummer, though. All I can tell you is to be sure you are the sole operator of your MSA so instances like this don’t happen in the future.

If the ban is longer than 24 hours, you may request a case review. You’ll need to visit the
Enforcement webpage for more information.

First note, I'm sure someone has said it... if it doesn't show you can get a case review on the Enforcement Website then there is nothing you can do about it other than wait out the suspension. You cannot get the record of it removed off the account no matter
what, as there is no other way to have it looked at other than a case review. Those are typically only available under special/certain circumstances. The Enforcement Team also doesn't use the forums nor is there really a way to get into contact with them.

Second note, the owner of the account is the person responsible for all actions done on or to their account. This includes enforcement actions even if done by other people or claimed to have been done by other people. You should set your brother up with
his own account to prevent this in the future. Also, you're advised to not engage people online should they harass you and immediately block and report them. Retaliation is often met with Enforcement. Reporting them and blocking them is the best and only way
to ensure your safety online and the safety of others...

I'd recommend going over the community standards and code of conduct yourself and with your sibling to learn how to prevent this in the future.
