Help

The enforcement team does not give out enforcement actions with(out) doing an investigation, so people randomly reporting you will not get you ban unless the(y) find an actionable offence. **(<sp)**

How exactly do they determine wrong doing? I personally someone who has been unjustly communications banned, enforcement told us (yes, I was there when they were talking to them on speaker phone) that he was banned for inappropriate voice communications.
He didn't even use or OWN a mic.. Therefore making inappropriate voice communication impossible. No, he did not have a kinect either. We both know it was because some kids were upset that he was MUCH better at Black Ops 2 than they were. This case was more
than a year ago, probably closer to 2 years ago. But I digress, he was still communications banned for 14 days because he allegedly engaged in inappropriate voice communication. With no headset, or any way of communicating though voice on the Xbox Live service.

You would have to contact Xbox Enforcement directly to find out more about your ban as they don't use the xbox forums to communicate. Good luck and all the best. Kind Regards.

It might be because of something else you did in the past few days. Once you get an enforcement message it will say what kind of suspension you got such as communication, account etc. What kind of suspension did you get? You can find more details at https://enforcement.xbox.com
