Got a comms ban, ban now lifted in enforcement site and yet I still can't talk.

So I recently had a comms ban, which was supposed to end on the 29th. 5 days later I got hit with a multi ban for reasons unbeknownst to me. I kept track of both on the enforcement page and checked to see yesterday if I could play. Multiplayer was a go,
but my communications are still blocked. I called Xbox support and was told that's they couldn't help me, that I wouldn't have to file a case review. Yet both of those suspensions are now cleared, leaving me no way to do that? So am i just banned forever?
Afternoon sled in get countless thousands over the years on Xbox items and games that would definitely be a buzzkill.

My ban is up but i'm still comms restricted?

i've been comms banned before, multiple times, and recently received a 2 week ban. it was meant to be lifted yesterday, but i still cant talk? help?

 

Ban Not Properly Lifted Need Help

A ban expired yesterday for me, I can now play games but I can't chat even though the ban was temporary

Furthermore I was banned for communication while under a comms ban, I had no way to communicate. The ban was upheld with no rational. I don't care at this point, but the ban should be completely lifted now. There's no way I can find to contact enforcement
so I'd really like an explanation and assistance.

 

So with no thanks to any users or any official Xbox staff I figured out what is going on not only with mine, but I'd be confident I know what's going on with so many others. And you'd thing with this being as widespread an issue as it seems to be that they
would have a more satisfactory answer than saying "check website" and locking the thread. You all had ban extensions that you were not made aware of because Microsoft, including the neforcement team, doesn't not think it necessary to inform you of this. You
either have to talk to support, who have to waste their time talking about this. Or another convoluted way that should be far easier to access. You all have ahd your bans extended to 100 days. Why? I can't tell tell you, the only ones that could are inaccessible.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

 

I understand that there is this issue, as I browsed countless topics all referencing the same thing. And yet every verified user, and some Xbox staff can't give any answer other than the same 3 copy/paste comments and lock up the thread. I find it a sad
state of affairs that not only did I have to go digging to figure out what happened, but that i would be able to provide better more pertinent information than those on here who are supposed to be "helping".

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who would have any information which is why no one on the forums can do anything to assist.

 

And that is false, otherwise I wouldn't have figured out what was going on. I saw hundreds, if not thousands of topics all asking the same thing and absolutely no one was able to give answers. I was lucky enough to stumble on to what I think is actually
going on, albeit with no reasoning or explanation. And maybe I'm in the wrong for holding support here at fault, but if it's your job to help people on here and no one is coming close to explaining the situation, then that's just isn't right. There should
absolutely be more understanding about what happens in these situations.
