Got a broken controller

Hello I sent in a controller for repair and just got it back however it is a bit broken. The thumbsticks make somewhat like a crack sound when rotating and there is a crack under the y button like it was chipped off

Edit: after testing the controller I found that I only traded one issue for another. My a,b,x, and y buttons are sticky. Also my thumb stick is resistant when I move the right one down plus the dpad is also weird

You would have to contact support for that, there's nothing that says you should get compensation, so there's nothing official stablished about that

I have heard that if I have to return it a third time I would get compensation or something for my troubles. I also heard there were options do you know what they are. I remember one of them being ultimate but I don’t remember the rest. Also if I do have to return it a third time would I get compensation for the 3 shipping labels I have to print at a cost as I do not own a printer and the materials I had to buy

If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.

I literally just got the controller. I cant afford that crap, whyd they send out a broken controller to replace a broken controller?
