    No offense to them but their specific guidelines are ***. They say the only way to fix it is to find your email. Thats stupid because i forgot the email. If i wanted to guess my email, I would literally place 500 combos of my email until i get it (which
    i did). not only that, it has to be linked to both Activision and WBPlay.

    If only they can use some common sense that even a 6+ year old would easily know.



    In the Video Which which flew over Xbox Support Chat and Phone Heads, I show them the Proof

    Its My Account (Noobkiller N187 Offline) that i currently am using after transfer device use It Contains

    - The Profile

    - Achievements for it

    - The Data On the Profile

    - And the Games That i had to play them

    - The Exact Gamerscore

    You know what the Chances of having all that are? 1 in 492Quintillion. If Microsoft can just look at the *** video which they obvious did not when i chatted with them. Maybe their minds can finally know.... I AM HIM.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. However this is a public user based forum made up of users such as yourself so phone support or live chat are going to be the only ones who can help you with this.

    They have certain specific guidelines they have to follow when verifying whether someone is the rightful user of an account or not. If they said that you couldnt verify enough of the info to prove you are the true owner then im afraid your out of luck unfortunately.

    This issue should be resolved now. If you're still having any troubles, give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it's turned off completely.

    Sorry but that video is not proof.It just shows someone trying to access an account on a console.

    Support will not accept videos as proof anyway.

    but as KindGryphon said,there are certain guidelines & protocols that must be met due to security purposes.

    If you can not meet them then there's nothing you can do.

    Blank Screen Troubleshooter. There's a step to reset your display settings in there, please make sure you give that
