    Got a ban for 2 weeks for NOTHING!!!!


    I signed in today and I read this in a message:

    NOW MICROSOFT, can you please explain on this matter further?

    As I have hard, VERY HARD evidence that I was not even online from the 21st onwards (I have train tickets, cinema tickets) and much more to prove that this was not me that signed in and harassed someone online.

    I'll be going to see a solicitor tomorrow and see what they can do!

    Got banned wrongly

    got a 2 week ban for nothing. This has make me miss somthing I have been playing for weeks for!

    I haven't been provided with any evidence and I'm not happy with the support I've been given !

    Well, I went to see a Solicitor and he advised me to send you a letter, if ignored he will send you one, if ignored then see you in court in a few months time where I will win possibly thousands for damages and harassment from you!

    All records of this forum, Emails that I will be sending to the CEO's will be recorded also.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums (you would have to submit a case review on the enforcement site to contact them) and this is a discussion forum so support doesn't generally post in this forum either. Investigations do take time, so suspensions
    are not always enforced on the same day that the action took place. So your suspension could be for something that took place weeks or months before the 21st.
