As the title says, I was given a comm ban at 1:00pm on August 4th, 2018 for the next 28 hours or so. Didn't say why I got banned If a Microsoft employee could help me understand why, that would be great.

P.S. I know the code of conduct and I have not violated it in any way. I never use game chat, I only curse around other people who curse with unless they are little kids. I never text curse words or talk trash.

got banned for no reason

ive got banned from communications witch i agree with, then i was playing online fine woke up today with an online ban when ive done nothing wrong didnt ban me the day i had a communication ban it was 2 days later i had my online ban just find unfair for
getting banned not knowing the reason why and when youve done nothing wrong, they need to start telling you why you get these bans not just give it for no reason pathetic i find this thanks for my pointless ban anyways xbox us gamers dont desever this

ive have been communication banned and for no reason i as in a party with my friends and all of a sudden i got communication banned im still rethinking why i got xbox 1 i thinking of going to ps4 after this because this is ridiculus im am very sayd and hopefully
some xbox worker comes to my aid and helps me i jut got off of communication ban noww im back on it

Why is the ban for 28 hours though, i dont understand as it says a 1 day ban but its 28 hours?

From the information you have given it sounds like you have been given a soft/communication ban which can last few hours or days depending on how serious the reason was. Head over to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-gb
to find out more info on why it has happened and how long for.

I just got banned for 24 hours for communication also. I have no idea why.

Ok again when I had a past communication suspension it gave me a reason why and you just said there was an issue with the site your self right now and I wasnt able to appel the ban my that term I get banned and I'm not allowed to appel it and now its past the date I cant even receive a reason why I got banned cuz I had other suspension and each one had a reason but not this time. I should be given a chance to appel it that's not fair it's not my fault the enforcement site wasn't working the time I had the ban.
