Got a $25 microsoft card. It said it went into my account, but there is no money in my account

I bought a 2tb xbox one s on black friday and it was supposed to come with a game and a $25 gift card. Recent purchases says that I did by the microsoft gift card, but the money is not in my account.

Xbox Live money credit I bought for Austria is just available in Germany!

Hello!

Yesterday i bought a 25€ card for my microsoft account. Today I wanted to use it but sadly I had to recognize that suddenly I have to account balances! My old one for Austria with a few cents on it and the new 25€ for Germany. My problem is that I never
created an account for Germany and also never had a device there. Now my question: How can I use my money in Austria or get it back? I bought the 25€ card via Amazon and it said that the amount is available in Germany or Austria!

I need help

I just bought a $25 xbox code card and I redeemed it but it went to my Microsoft account balance. I wanted to get 3 months xbox live with it but it just asks for paypal or a credit card if I try to buy it. How can I buy it with the Microsoft account balance? I hope
I didn't just waste my money.

You would have to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com if you did not receive the code. The code is a gift card for the Microsoft Store, so it won't show on your Microsoft account.

The card worked it just didnt put the money on my account i clicked confirm and it said succes but when i went to buy a game it didnt let me and said i had no money

I have £18 on my microsoft account and I purchased 12 month gold but there was no option to use this money and it was all charged to my debit card. I had checked settings before I did this and it said that the money on the microsoft account is automatically
used and has to be turned off, how come all of it was charged to my card?

I purchased a 3 month gold live gift card and a $25 gift card. I added the cards via my computer under my Microsoft account and now when I went to my xbox360 console to purchase a game it won't allow me to and it doesn't show my recent card purchases. I
tried adding the cards directly to my console and couldn't so I went to the website from my computer.
