Got 14 day comm. Ban for profanity.

hello, early thus morning I received a 14 day communication suspension for profanity. The person who reported me was harassing me and my friend playing GTA5 and using profanity at us in chat. Once we left the game he continued to message me and out of frustration
I replied with some mean words however in the message I sent back I censored the profanity myself yet I still got banned. I submitted a review request and it came back the same. I have read all the terms of use and guidelines and though is does mention the
use of profanity there was no actual profanity in my message because I censored it. In the guidelines it does not say I can't censor my own message and it still be a violation. If that is the case I would greatly appreciate the decision being overturned on
the basis that the guidelines were not clear in this area and it will not happen again.

Yeah but I wanted to know the order. What happens after 14 day comms ban?

 

Whenever i load a game my xbox goes to a black screen then gos back to the dashboard

So 2 days ago now 3 i got a communication ban for 14 days and the next day after i couldnt load up any of my games cause it keeps booting me back to the dashboard and its doing it to my main account (the main account got a. comm ban) and backup account
aswell ive tried everthing holding the power button (soft reset) and it still wont work!? is it the comm ban or something else? i have an xbox 1 and a terabite .

Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made.

The fact that you admit that you "replied with some mean words" should be a clue.

It another gamer is harassing you then you can
report them and
mute and block (but do not reply as that removes the block).

history of the account you are signed into.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.
