They will only reimburse the just added time

The xgu time you had let's say a year left for example iis forfeit if it's a month then no big deal

That is why you read the terms before you sign up for anything

And wait did you call support or did you try and refund thru the webpage

Cause they won't do it thru the webpage it would be a customer support and thru t2 billing because they won't do it thrunthe refund proccess it would have to be an offline team

So did you back out or did you consume it

If you consumed it then no you can't reverse it

Also should be noted you can't cancel your existing xgu since you have time left

Any upgraded time is forfeit when you cancel

Well when I did it said to me that I could re use the same code i am kind of frustrated at the minute because I have brought the 12 months for no reason even though I can’t use it

Well no I think you forgot one thing

When you add a membership to an existing membership it stacks

As per the terms of the xgu you got upgraded membership of 4months of xgu since you were still within your xgu

If you wanted 12months of live you should've followed the terms and added the time after you turned off autorenewal and reverted back to free at the end of xgu

If you entered and accepted the 4months add then no you can't reuse the code as you already used it

If you didn't click accept and back out then you have to wait till you revert to free them reenter the code
