Got 1 month of gold for december game pass quest, but it says already redeemed

For my December Game Pass Quest, I was awarded a code for 1 month of Xbox Live Gold, but the first time I tried to redeem it, it said the code had already been redeemed.

December reward 3 weeks instead of 1 month?

What exactly are game pass rewards and how do I track my progress with them?

A few days ago I got messaged from Xbox that I completed the December quest and it gave me a code for 1 month of gold. I noticed my gold would auto renew on 1-26 so I figured today was as good a day as any to redeem the code. I never redeemed any gold codes
before while having gold active already. But I assumed it would just move the auto renew date to 2-26 instead of 1-26.

Now when I look at my subscriptions it says gold will be auto renewed on 2-19. A full week prior to what my renew date would be had I just let it renew. What is going on?

Hi, I had an Xbox 1 for christmas with a 3 month Gold pass. When I try to redeem the code it says already redeemed ?? Can you please help ?? Thanks

If you have already received 1 Month of Xbox Live Gold, it sounds like you are set for that month's quest. Just to clarify, when did you receive that reward, and which specific quest are you posting in regards to? If you are posting
in regards to December quests, those codes have not started sending out yet. December quest rewards will deliver in waves by the end of January.

if you upgrade your gold or game pass sub to Ultimate it will be upgraded 1:1 up to 36 months!

I for ex. had 2 years of gold and 1 year game pass left, so I had the full 36 months for only 1€ 😁

But it is different if you already have a GPU sub and redeem a gold sub. It would be only 1:3 then.(12months gold = 4months GPU)

It could have also been the Xbox Quest, which is separate from the Game Pass Quest that doesn't require Game Pass. Sounds like you may have knocked out the requirements for that one without knowing it and got rewarded! We'll keep an eye out for an update
from you by the end of the month for the December quest.

Yes the auto renewal is off already. I have the Game pass ultimate until May 25. I already bought a new 12 month xbox live gold card but when I try to redeem the code it says my 12 month
gold will be automatically convert to a 4 months xbox game pass ultimate which I don't want. I want the 12 month of xbox live without the game pass. Do I really have to wait until my xbox game pass expired before I can redeem a new xbox live gold (without
the game pass ultimate)?
