Gopro app problems

Every time I open the app it says "an unexpected error occurred. Please check your internet connection or try again later." I used to use it without a problem before. I signed on to another Xbox one in my house and still have the same problem. Yet when
my friend signs in (same house) it works for him. I'm assuming the problem follows my account. I love this app somebody please help!!!

Forgive my ignorance, but how is this different than people who do dumb crap and post on Youtube?

The last few nights I have been stuck to it. What an awesome app. Some of the things they show are amazing. Those little cameras are really clear.

Anyone else really like this app?

 

I am also having the same exact issue. I've tried to delete the app and re-installing it, deleting all the saved data that goes along with it too. I believe it has to do with me signing into my gopro account either wrong or there is a glitch. I installed
and played the app under someone else's profile and it works fine. Please help.

same issue as everyone here. happened right after i registered too.

 

Same problem here. I'm talking to xbox support right now but no solution yet

 

I tried a bunch of things with advice from xbox support but nothing worked. They have now advised me to contact GoPro which I have done. I'll post here again if they manage to solve the issue.

Same problem here, right after registering with GoPro. App tries to load and says "Any expected error has occurred. Please check your internet connection or try again later" yet the videos play in the background. Been like this for over two weeks now.

 

I have the same issue. Error pops up but videos play in the background.

 

I have the exact same problem. It worked fine until I registered. Makes no difference if I uninstall and the reinstall.

I am sorry to hear about the issues being experienced with the GoPro app.

If, by chance, you are experiencing this issue and you are participating in the Preview Program, please post in the Preview Forums.

If you are not participating in the Preview Program, give the following troubleshooting steps a shot:

1. Uninstall the GoPro App.
   
2. Power cycle your Xbox One console.
   
3. Once the console is off completely, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
   
4. Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
5. Reinstall the GoPro app and use as you normally would.

If after you have tried the steps above and still are experiencing this issue, please post back and let us know.

 

I did and still the same problem.Waing for solution thank you.

 

Wow the app is working again and I didn't even do anything. Will post back here tomorrow to see if its still working? Any luck for anyone else?
