    I am hearing that it is due to google buying twitch? Sounds like a temporary thing

    Amazon buys Twitch

    Honestly, I think it's good Google didn't get twitch. They already have Youtube.. it would leave very few choices for people wanting to stream/put their videos up for gaming. Also, means you don't have to connect your G+ account to your twitch account (really
    dislike that Google is insisting all their accounts get connected).

    And Amazon is a good company. They do their research on the market they want to go in and they actually try to offer stuff people in that market would want. So I think it is an ideal place for Twitch to go honestly.

    Would they get it that cheap? Google as they stand right now would be terrible for twitch i think, they are so intrusive i stay clear of them now.

    @24 sry I didn't see it and I did search promise...

    I thought it was interesting MS tried to buy it, I do think google might good for infrastructure, but bad for everything.

    I think it's bad for us. Twitch was competition for Youtube and competition is good.
